Volunteer Recognition Certificates

Certificates are available free of charge to recognize volunteers in the Literacy Minnesota network of adult literacy volunteer programs. They are customized with each volunteer's name and number of hours of service.

Requests for certificates can be submitted by a volunteer coordinator or program staff. To order certificates, please complete the request form and email it to Sophie at sphan@literacymn.org. Please allow three weeks for delivery.
