Has finding time to make equity work a priority in your ABE organization been a challenge? Here’s a solution–The Moving Equity Forward in Adult Education Video Series with accompanying discussion guides created by ATLAS. These free, 10-minute videos are bite-sized and ready-to-go, making them perfect for infusing some energy into your program’s equity work.

The fourth video in the series is Tapping Into Diverse Perspectives and Teaching Materials. It defines diverse perspectives and materials and their importance. Then, a great list of resources to explore is shared. Live links to the resources are in the PDF of the video slides. Be sure to use the discussion guide to help staff process the video and apply it to their contexts.

We’ll share each of the videos and discussion guides on a monthly basis, reminding you to integrate this work into existing staff gatherings.
