New Resource Available from the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership!

Founded in 2006, the mission of the Minnesota Health Literacy Partnership is to improve the health of all Minnesotans through clear health communication. As part of that mission, the organization has just released a new Health Literacy Toolkit. The Health Literacy Toolkit (an interactive PDF) is a companion piece to the Minnesota Action Plan to Improve Health Literacy released earlier this year.

In this toolkit you will find online videos and training presentations along with resources such as guides and assessment tools to complement the action plan. Each priority area lists three resources. The resources are intended for a variety of audiences, including health care providers, educators and all interested in improving health literacy within their communities.
