These free, 10-minute videos are bite-sized and ready-to-go, making them perfect for infusing some energy into your program’s equity work. 

Get started at your next staff meeting with Why is DEI Important in Our Adult Education Classrooms? This introductory video covers the definitions of diversity, equity and inclusion and reasons why honoring learners’ backgrounds and cultures is essential. Be sure to use the discussion guide to help staff process the video and apply it to their contexts. 

We’ll share each of the videos and discussion guides on a monthly basis, reminding you to integrate this work into existing staff meetings.
