Community Partnerships

Literacy Minnesota believes in the power of radical collaboration. We know that our work is strengthened and our impact multiplied when we work with our community.

That is why we partner with like-minded organizations to collaboratively envision ways of serving our community more effectively and holistically.

Al Maa'uun

Al Maa'uun is a community-focused social services organization based in North Minneapolis. Al Maa'uun operates out of Masjid An-Nur, a mosque located one block from Literacy Minnesota's Open Door Minneapolis campus. As both organizations expanded their services in 2023, Al Maa'uun and Literacy Minnesota partnered to office space and to address multiple needs within the community.
