Robert Rutscher
Robert is Vice President and Senior Counsel for GED Testing Service. GED Testing Service is the developer and owner of the GED® test which is the high school equivalency test used across the U.S. and internationally. Robert is the lead attorney for GED Testing Service and his responsibilities include GED Testing Service’s enterprise-wide contracts and various legal issues. Legal issues include organizational governance matters; test-taker issues; and protecting the security and copyright of the GED® test. Robert has volunteered at his area adult education program and assists learners progress through their studies for the GED® test. In addition, he participated on School District 834’s Community Education Advisory Committee. Robert’s interests include running, biking, hiking, cars, and history. Robert is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the organization and is proud of the mission and programs Literacy Minnesota offers to its learners.
