Katie Schoeneck

Katie Schoeneck is currently a Client Centricity Consultant at Thrivent Financial in the Insights and Strategy department where she utilizes her superpower of shaping a story through information and data to advance organizational strategies. Previously, she spent more than 14 years working in the accounting and finance sectors for both not-for-profit and for-profit companies.  Prior to working in finance, she interned and volunteered at numerous theatre companies in Minnesota and Illinois.  She holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate dual major in Theatre and Communication Studies with Honors from Gustavus Adolphus College.  Outside of work, Katie enjoys playing soccer, attending local theatre productions, traveling whenever she can get the chance, and hanging out with her husband and four cats. 

Katie is a curious and life-long learner, who believes strongly in Literacy Minnesota’s mission to promote life-long learning and its capacity to spark innovation and change.
