Chelsea Jae Ihle is currently a Senior Director of Technology Advisory at Slalom, a global consulting firm focused on strategy, technology, and business transformation. Chelsea works with technology leadership across the twin cities to help them modernize their environments from a comprehensive people, process, and technology perspective and help organizations realize more business value through these efforts. Chelsea’s experience specifically indexes on team development, data modernization, and organizational transformation enabled by technology. Chelsea holds a master’s in Political Science and Quantitative Methods from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s in economics from the University of St. Thomas. Chelsea loves to bake, spend time outdoors with her two boys, and is always looking for the next great podcast.
